The community life and citizenship department supports local associations and encourages citizen participation.

Directorate of Community Life and Citizenship

The services of the association registry of the Prefecture of Saint-Barthélémy and Saint-Martin are at your disposal to declare your association. They welcome you Monday, Tuesday, Thursday from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.; Wednesday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the contact details below.

The declaration file of an association to the prefecture must contain:<ul><li> the CERFA creation document</li><li> the CERFA member declaration document</li><li> the identity documents of each member of the office</li><li> the statutes signed by at least 2 members of the office</li><li> a copy of the minutes signed by the members of the office.</li></ul>

Each year, associations wishing to subscribe to a public subsidy from the Collectivité of Saint-Martin must make their request in the fall of the previous year via a dedicated procedure. You will find the file to download and complete below.
