A delegation from Saint-Martin, led by 2nd Vice-President Bernadette DAVIS, participated in the Seminar on Aquatic Environments and Flood Prevention (MAPI) organized in Guadeloupe by the Regional Council and the Department of the Environment, Planning and Housing (DEAL). Faisant suite à la fermeture définitive de la Cité administrative de la Collectivité située au n°6 Rue Jean-Jacques FAYEL à Concordia, la délégation Cadre de Vie et Transition écologique de la Collectivité de Saint-Martin informe ses usagers du déménagement de deux directions relevant du département « Développement urbain et habitat ». 

Accueil du public : changement de localisation de pour la direction Aménagement & Urbanisme et Direction du Foncier

La Collectivité de Saint-Martin a engagé des travaux de réhabilitation de l’éclairage public, à hauteur de 12 millions d’euros par année budgétaire. Depuis décembre 2022 jusqu’à 2024, une première tranche de travaux a été mise en œuvre dans les quartiers de Sandy Ground, Baie Nettlé, Bellevue, Front de Mer Marigot, Colombier, Grand Case, Quartier d’Orléans. La seconde tranche d’aménagement a commencé début 2025 au bénéfice des quartiers de Concordia, Agrément, Galisbay, Friar’s Bay, qui seront équipés d’un nouvel éclairage public.
