The Port Establishment is responsible for the management and regulation of Saint Martin&#39;s port infrastructure. It plays a key role in maritime logistics, port security and the development of the island&#39;s international trade.

The Water Establishment ensures the supply of drinking water to the population of Saint Martin. It monitors water quality, water resources management and water distribution to meet the needs of the territory.

The public establishment for the management and operation of the Saint Martin slaughterhouse is a vital establishment for food safety and the management of meat products. Cette direction est chargée de coordonner et de promouvoir les activités éducatives du territoire. Elle s'assure que les établissements scolaires fonctionnent efficacement, elle développe des programmes éducatifs, et elle facilite l'accès à une éducation de qualité pour tous les résidents.
