Occupation of Collectivité equipment can only be granted to legal entities after sending a written request to the Sports Directorate.

Namely, individuals cannot benefit from a slot in sports equipment (no exemption possible).

The sports facilities provided free of charge are open Monday to Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. From 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., priority is given to schools as well as activities organized by the Sports Department.

Priority is given to official federal events or competitions on Saturdays and Sundays.

Any request for use must be made to the Sports Directorate at least 3 weeks in advance for instruction. The user may only use sports equipment with the written consent of the Collectivité.

All requests are subject to the calendar of sports seasons and school holidays And give rise to a provision agreement between the Collectivité and the association or company which guarantees the provision of sports equipment.

Authorized slots cannot under any circumstances be made available or sublet by you to another structure.

The user risks the application of penalties in the following situations:

• Use without authorization from the Sports Department or beyond the allotted time slot
• Non-compliance with internal regulations
• Any degradation

Filing a request does not constitute acceptance of the request.
