The Port Establishment is responsible for the management and regulation of Saint Martin&#39;s port infrastructure. It plays a key role in maritime logistics, port security and the development of the island&#39;s international trade.

The CARIF-OTEF (Center for Animation, Resources and Information on Training / Territorial Observatory of Employment and Training) of Saint-Martin plays an essential role in the development of skills and professional training on the territory.
