The Port Establishment is responsible for the management and regulation of Saint Martin&#39;s port infrastructure. It plays a key role in maritime logistics, port security and the development of the island&#39;s international trade.

The Water Establishment ensures the supply of drinking water to the population of Saint Martin. It monitors water quality, water resources management and water distribution to meet the needs of the territory.

La Direction des Assemblées a pour mission de soutenir le fonctionnement de notre Collectivité, en particulier l'assemblée délibérante. Elle facilite la préparation et le suivi des séances, gère la documentation, et assure la transmission des décisions aux services compétents. Son rôle est essentiel pour garantir la transparence et l'efficacité du processus législatif local.

La Task Force est une équipe spéciale créée pour gérer des situations exceptionnelles ou des projets complexes. Elle mobilise des experts et des ressources pour résoudre des problèmes urgents ou stratégiques. Sa mission est de coordonner les actions et de prendre des mesures rapides pour répondre aux défis particuliers auxquels la Collectivité peut être confrontée.

La Maison de Saint Martin est un lieu d'accueil et d'information pour les citoyens Saint Martinois et les visiteurs. Elle favorise la participation citoyenne, promeut la culture locale, et offre des services d'information sur la collectivité. Sa mission est de renforcer le lien entre la Collectivité et ses résidents, ainsi que de promouvoir l'image de Saint Martin.

 La Direction des Fonds Européens et Politiques Contractuelles coordonne la gestion des fonds européens et la mise en œuvre des politiques contractuelles. Elle identifie les opportunités de financement au niveau européen, supervise les projets financés, et assure la conformité avec les règlements européens. Son objectif est de mobiliser des ressources pour le développement de notre territoire.

Le CESC facilite la concertation et la participation citoyenne en réunissant des acteurs économiques, sociaux et culturels du territoire. Elle favorise le dialogue et la réflexion sur des enjeux locaux, contribuant ainsi à l'élaboration de politiques et de projets plus inclusifs et équilibrés pour Saint Martin. 

Ce service assure la planification, l'organisation et la logistique des événements, des rencontres officielles et des activités importantes de la Collectivité de Saint Martin. Il veille à ce que ces événements se déroulent sans problème et contribuent positivement à l'image du territoire. 

Cette direction est chargée de gérer la communication interne et externe de la Collectivité, en veillant à diffuser des informations claires et pertinentes. Elle coordonne également les protocoles et les relations institutionnelles pour garantir des échanges efficaces avec les partenaires.

Cette direction a pour mission d'évaluer l'efficacité et l'impact des politiques publiques mises en œuvre par la Collectivité de Saint Martin. Elle développe des méthodes d'évaluation, mesure les résultats, et propose des améliorations. Son travail vise à optimiser l'utilisation des ressources et à garantir la qualité des services publics.

La Direction des Observatoires Sociaux collecte, analyse, et diffuse des données sociales pour éclairer la prise de décision. Elle surveille les indicateurs liés à la qualité de vie, au bien-être, et aux enjeux sociaux de notre territoire. Son rôle est d'informer les acteurs locaux et de contribuer à l'élaboration de politiques sociales pertinentes à Saint Martin.
