The Port Establishment is responsible for the management and regulation of Saint Martin&#39;s port infrastructure. It plays a key role in maritime logistics, port security and the development of the island&#39;s international trade.

The Water Establishment ensures the supply of drinking water to the population of Saint Martin. It monitors water quality, water resources management and water distribution to meet the needs of the territory.

The public establishment for the management and operation of the Saint Martin slaughterhouse is a vital establishment for food safety and the management of meat products. The Legal Affairs Department advises the Collectivité on legal issues and manages any disputes. It ensures compliance with laws and regulations in the Collectivité&#39;s actions, drafts contracts, and defends the legal interests of the Collectivité in the event of a dispute. Its objective is to ensure the legal compliance of all the Collectivité&#39;s activities.

Cette direction gère les procédures d'achat et de passation des marchés publics pour la Collectivité. Elle veille à l'application des règles de la commande publique, assure la sélection des fournisseurs, et s'assure que les contrats passés répondent aux besoins de la Collectivité dans le respect des lois et des réglementations en vigueur.

La direction des Affaires Financières est responsable de la gestion financière de la Collectivité. Elle élabore et suit le budget, gère la comptabilité, assure le recouvrement des recettes, et contrôle les dépenses. Son objectif principal est d'assurer une gestion financière saine et transparente, garantissant ainsi la stabilité budgétaire de la Collectivité.

Cette direction supervise les systèmes d'information de la Collectivité. Elle gère les infrastructures informatiques, assure la sécurité des données, et veille à la mise en place de solutions technologiques pour soutenir les activités de la Collectivité. Son rôle est de garantir l'efficacité et la sécurité des systèmes d'information de la Collectivité.

La direction des Moyens Généraux assure la gestion des ressources matérielles et logistiques de la Collectivité. Cela inclut la gestion des bâtiments, des équipements, de la flotte automobile, et de l'ensemble des moyens nécessaires au bon fonctionnement des services territoriaux. 

Cette direction s'occupe de la gestion des questions fiscales au sein de la Collectivité. Elle collecte les impôts locaux, informe les contribuables sur leurs obligations fiscales, et veille au respect des règles fiscales en vigueur.
