Due to the bad weather of the last few days, the Collectivité opened the Grand Case outlet to avoid any risk of flooding, while the other outlets opened naturally due to the quantities of water in the ponds. Four swimming ban orders are currently in force for the beaches of Galisbay, Friar&#39;s Bay, Grand Case and Lucas Bay in Oyster Pond. The ARS analyses are expected within a few days to be able to lift the orders.

Lady Ruby BUTE was an essential artist in Saint-Martin, she leaves behind an unforgettable work and a particularly rich artistic journey. In order to pay tribute to her and allow the population to express themselves on this great artist, a guestbook will be made available to the public, in the hall of the Collectivité de Saint-Martin in Marigot, from Thursday, November 21 to Thursday, November 28, 2024, during the opening hours of the Collectivité, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:15 p.m.

An accomplished artist, a fervent representative of Saint-Martin art, particularly painting and poetry, which she practiced with great talent, Ruby left a lasting mark on her time and will forever remain a cultural and spiritual icon of our island.
