What is a hindering vehicle?
A vehicle is considered to be obstructing when it is parked:
- On a sidewalk, blocking the passage of pedestrians.
- In front of a garage entrance or exit.
- In a space reserved for people with reduced mobility (PRM) without authorization.
- On a public road, blocking traffic.
- Near an intersection or pedestrian crossing, creating a hazard.
How to report a disturbing vehicle?
- Information needed for reporting :
- Precise location (address, landmarks). Description of the vehicle (make, model, color, registration if visible). Nature of the inconvenience caused (no parking, obstruction, etc.).
