Presentation of badges to taxi and bus drivers

Campaign for the collection of annual carrier fees for the year 2024

The Collectivité informs Taxi, TCP and TCI Bus drivers that the campaign for collecting annual fees from transporters for the year 2024, in accordance with resolution no. CT-26-3-2010 dated February 19, 2010, is ongoing until October 31, 2024.

The Collectivité of Saint-Martin informs all Taxi and Bus drivers TCP (Public Transport of People) and TCI (Interurban Collective Transport) that the stickers for the annual transporters' fee are available.
They are invited to go to the central office of the Régie des Finances de la Collectivité, with their valid transport authorization, or letter “Favorable notice of update” of their administrative file for payment of the annual fee.

The amount is sixty euros (€60) corresponding to the identification fee.

The office is open from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. The office is located at the former Ecole Bord-de-mer, rue de la Liberté, Marigot and can be reached at 0590 87 50 04 ext. 1307.

All up-to-date operators must then go to the Transport Department to collect the 2024 taxi and bus labels (TCI and TCP).

Only transport operators (TAXI, TCP, TCI) equipped with:

- Receipt of payment of the annual fee for the year 2024,

- Taxi/Bus license currently being validated

- From the order of modification of vehicle seating places (TAXI and TCI) will be given the new stickers for 2024, directly by the Transport Directorate. The label will be affixed to the vehicle only by the Transport Directorate.

All carriers who are not up to date are invited to contact the Transport Department, rue de Hollande to complete the necessary formalities as soon as possible.

In the event of an inspection, financial penalties for late payment will be applied.

The office is open to the public from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
