The Saint-Martin Collectivité supports students in their journey with a view to training future middle and senior managers. The objective is to prepare them to return to practice their skills in their home territory.

The Frameworks for the Future system is a student support program, supported by the Ministry responsible for Overseas Territories as part of the youth action plan. Its aim is to train, within the framework of mobility, future middle and senior managers who the territories will need to ensure their development.

It is aimed at final year high school students (residing in the territories indicated above), bac+2 and bac+3 students (up to bac+5 for Guyana) who wish to continue their studies outside their collectivité.

Only the DROMs listed are concerned with a specific system per territory.

  • Mayotte since 2018
  • Guadeloupe and Saint-Martin since 2023
  • Martinique from the start of the 2024 academic year
  • Guyana from the start of the 2024 academic year

For Guyana, Martinique, Guadeloupe and Saint-Martin, higher education must come either from a growing sector or from a sector in tension overseas, facing difficulties in recruiting executives. Mobility is possible in mainland France only by joining this program.

candidates will benefit, subject to resource conditions and depending on the territory of origin:

  • Assistance with administrative procedures, advice for success in mobility,
  • Psycho-educational support,
  • A fixed monthly allowance of €808 throughout the training period (school holidays included).
  • An installation allowance of €800
  • Support for integration when returning to the territory after obtaining their diploma,
  • 100% coverage of return transport from the DROM to the place of study, in economy class. For Mayotte an intermediate ticket is supported

As places are limited, young people are invited to register quickly to join and benefit from this system through the LADOM website
