Ban on the sale of drinks in glass bottles during Grand-Case Tuesdays

The Collectivité of Saint-Martin reminds you that the sale of drinks in glass bottles is strictly prohibited on Boulevard Bertin-Maurice Léonel in Grand-Case. This ban is in effect from January 30 to April 16, 2024, from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. every Tuesday. It applies to all restaurateurs and sellers, fixed or mobile. No event will be organized on February 13, 2024. The Territorial Police will ensure compliance with this decree. Violations will be punished in accordance with the law.
