Condolences from President Gibbs to territorial councilor Louis Mussington and his family

It is with emotion that I learned this Thursday, June 28, 2018 of the death of Mrs. Clotilde Olivia Mussington, mother of our fellow territorial councilor Louis Mussington.

On behalf of the elected representatives of the Territorial Council of Saint-Martin, the territorial staff and on my own behalf, I would like to publicly express my sincere condolences and my deep sympathy to Louis, to his family and all those close to him during these difficult times.
