“Dear friends, It is with deep sadness that I learned of the disappearance of your father. I wish to associate myself with your pain on this difficult day. Clément GUMBS was one of the emblematic figures of the territory, he was known for his expertise as a building contractor, devoted to the well-being of his peers and fervent defender of Saint-Martin society. We have lost a precious friend, and I wanted, on behalf of all the members of the Territorial Council of the Collectivity of Saint-Martin, to offer our most sincere condolences to you, as well as to all the members of your family and to your loved ones.
