Condolences from President Daniel Gibbes

I learned with sadness, this Friday, April 7, 2017, of the death of Mrs. Carme CHARVILLE, mother of our colleague territorial advisor, Mr. Jules CHARVILLE.
I would like to send Mr. CHARVILLE and his family the following: sincere condolences from all the elected officials of the Territorial Council of Saint-Martin.
