AMI - Designation of qualified persons in medico-social establishments and services

The Guadeloupe, Saint-Martin, Saint-Barthélemy Health Agency, the Departmental Council of Guadeloupe, the COM of Saint-Barthélemy, the COM of Saint-Martin, the Prefecture of the Guadeloupe Region and the Prefecture of Saint-Barthélemy and Saint-Martin are launching a joint Call for Expressions of Interest (AMI) for the designation of qualified persons (PQ) in medico-social establishments and services (ESMS) for the territories of Guadeloupe, Saint-Martin and Saint-Barthélemy.

The aim of this AMI is to identify new people who could be mobilised to assert user rights in ESMS.

In order to establish the "list of qualified persons", made mandatory by law 2002-2 of January 3, 2002 renewing social and medico-social action and codified in article L.311-5 of the Social Action and Families Code (CASF), and which will be published by decree, the ARS, the Departmental Council, the COMs and the Prefectures are looking for volunteers, active or not, who have:

• A good knowledge of the health system and the social and/or medico-social sector in particular;
• Knowledge of administrative and judicial organization;
• An experiment to assess respect for user rights in ESMS;
• An ability to listen, exchange and make proposals.

The term of office is 3 years.
