ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) equipment for territorial administrative services
As part of its commitment to modernise and improve the efficiency of its services, the Collectivité de Saint-Martin is receiving funding from the REACT-EU FEDER programme for the acquisition of ICT (Information and Communication Technologies) equipment. This project is a key step in the digital transformation of territorial administrative services.

A strategic investment for the digital future of Saint-Martin
The project, which represents a total cost of €900,342 , is fully funded by the REACT-EU FEDER programme, with no need for self-financing from the Collectivité. The main objective is to renew and strengthen the IT equipment of the administrative services. This project includes the acquisition of new desktop and laptop computers, as well as various computer accessories and peripherals.
This modernization aims to enable the establishment of teleworking, thus facilitating greater flexibility in the organization of work within the services of the Collectivité. It also contributes to the continued dematerialization of local public services, making the administration more accessible and efficient for citizens.
A project registered in the post-COVID-19 crisis
This project is part of priority axis 17 , which aims to "promote the repair of damage following the crisis caused by the COVID-19 pandemic and to prepare an ecological, digital and resilient recovery of the economy". The initiative therefore responds to a dual need: recovery after the health crisis and acceleration of the digital transformation.
Implementation schedule
Launched in August 2021, the project will continue until the end of 2023. Ultimately, it will enable the Collectivité of Saint-Martin to acquire a modern digital infrastructure, capable of meeting current and future challenges, while guaranteeing a better quality of service to the population.
This ICT equipment project demonstrates the Collectivité 's commitment to investing in digital tools to improve administrative efficiency and proximity to citizens, with the decisive support of the European Union through the REACT-EU programme.
