Towards sustainable, short-circuit food
The agriculture and fishing sectors, historically present on the island, today actively participate in the ecological transition by offering local and seasonal products within short circuits. Mainly family-run and concentrated around a few small businesses, they are currently supported by European measures in order to structure the sector and strengthen the food autonomy of the territory.
