It is up to the establishment requesting the classification or its revision to complete this pre-diagnosis form while respecting all the data to be provided.

This document aims to enable the establishment to position itself and to have an initial evaluation of its unit in a more summary format than the classification table in order to determine the most relevant classification category. It will be sent to the assessing body accredited by the Collectivité of Saint-Martin when ordering the inspection visit with a view to obtaining classification in the desired category.

It is recommended that the establishment take particular note of the guest house classification table, the control guide, and check the criterion validation method in case of doubt.
