Sciences Po Paris: partner of the Saint-Martin School of Management
The Collectivité de Saint-Martin and its School of Management are entering into a partnership with Sciences Po Paris by signing a framework agreement to support management and leadership training, starting in September 2024.

Upskilling managers, a priority for the Saint-Martin Collectivité
It was within the framework of a public call for tenders that the Collectivité selected the Sciences Po Paris school to provide training in the field of operational and strategic management within the Saint-Martin School of Public Management (EMP).
The call for tenders was essentially focused on the proposed teaching methodology, the quality of the speakers and the proposed training program, the innovation of the services and teaching methods, as well as the process of monitoring and supporting the group of trainees, in the training course and this, for each promotion, with assessment and feedback for each promotion.
The objective of the training provided to executives from within the Collectivité and from outside is to build inclusive management, a major challenge in the quest for effective leadership.
The aim of the courses taught by Sciences Po is to teach participants how to mobilize collective intelligence to increase their leadership and management performance. This involves using inclusive techniques to create new management solutions.
The manager's ability to communicate about his projects and to work in a team is a key factor in the success of public policies initiated by the Collectivité and consequently in the quality of its general organization. It is precisely with this in mind that the President of the Collectivité Louis Mussington and the Director General of Services Albert Holl wanted to create the Management School, with the support of the Deputy Director General in charge of human resources, Nabila Benrached.
The upskilling of managers remains a priority for the Collectivité de Saint-Martin, which is part of a process of development and professionalization of its administration and the teams that make it up.
Sciences Po Paris will therefore be a major ally in supporting this development and providing advice and expertise to the Collectivité's executives.
The first class of the EMP is currently in training for 4 days per month. It will begin courses with Sciences Po next September, until the end of the training in March 2025.
