Please find in attachments the documents relating to the draft deliberation deviating from the town planning code of the community of Saint Martin to simplify the procedures for the reconstruction of buildings destroyed or damaged by cyclone Irma and to postpone to rule provisionally on requests relating to sectors subject to high risks of cyclonic swell.
