The Centre for Animation of Resources and Information on Training and Observatory of Employment and Training of Saint-Martin, was inaugurated, this Thursday, May 16, 2024, in the presence of Mr. Prefect Vincent BERTON, President of CARIFOTEF, Mr. President Louis MUSSINGTON, Vice-Rector Harry CHRISTOPHE and the Vice-President in charge of human development and citizenship, Mrs. Dominique DEMOCRITE LOUISY.
The CARIF-OTEF aims to facilitate the adaptation of training offers to the skills needs of the territory. It is now installed in its Bellevue premises.
The Collectivité de Saint-Martin and the State hope to arm the population in the face of a substantial unemployment rate and provide the local economy with the skills necessary for its development.
President Louis Mussington welcomed the initiative and thanked the State and Collectivité technicians who were involved in the implementation of this tool in the region.
